Who we are

Hi, I’m Kelly!

I have my BS in Psychology from Saint Francis University, and two MA's from Marymount University for Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Forensic and Legal Psychology.

I have experience researching neuroscience during my undergrad, working with adults and children with autism in graduate school, and did my Practicum and Internship year with Fairfax County’s Domestic and Sexual Violence Services. These experiences all had very important impacts on my development as a therapist today.

Since the start of my Residency in 2022, I have received training in EMDR in 2022 and Trauma Sensitive Yoga training in 2024.

My therapeutic approach is trauma informed, and an integration of cognitive behavioral therapy and experiential therapy. What this means for our work together is that we will explore your thoughts and beliefs, as well as what you experience in your body and in your relationships.

These approaches work together for us to form a full picture of what you’re struggling with so we can approach your goals from every angle possible.
