Consultation call

This is a free 15 minute phone call to go over the basics of therapy with me, and learn if we are a good fit. You can learn more about the kinds of populations and topics I have experience with, as well as my current availability for scheduling.
This is a good option for someone who is looking for a Therapist with a certain skill set, training background, or experience with a specific problem you’re struggling with. This call will help us both determine if we are a good fit together, and if we’re not I can also determine if I have a referral for a better fit for you.
Therapy Session
$150
This is a 53-60 minute intake appointment, where we will start to get to know each other better and determine what your goals will be for therapy together.
*Insurance claims are billed through Headway as well as some select additional insurance companies. For insurance questions please send Contact message or check Insurance page of the website.
*It is encouraged for all potential clients to verify coverage plans with their insurance providers directly
Donations

Root and Rise Counseling is committed to providing affordable counseling services to anyone who needs it, and your generosity can support this mission and help make it happen.
Your donation will go directly to the coverage of individual therapy for someone who cannot afford appropriate care or services. Your donations allow us to offer counseling services at no cost to the individual in need, on an as-available basis depending on funds and availability of the clinician.
Every quarter a newsletter will be shared to highlight how many Donation-based services were able to be provided based on donations.
